So I'm thinking about this whole self-driving car thing and how it's gonna change our lives in Detroit... or if it will . On one hand, having robotaxis could be a game-changer for people who can't drive themselves or need a way to get around without stressing about traffic. Plus, it's all about accessibility and making life easier for folks with conditions like epilepsy, which is really cool .

But at the same time, I'm a little worried about how this tech is gonna impact local businesses and parking situations in the city . We've already seen gentrification push out small shops and restaurants – can we afford to lose more of that? And what's the deal with the testing areas in the Upper Peninsula? Are they just gonna be driving around up there all winter while we worry about our own streets .

Also, have you thought about how these robotaxis are gonna affect the way we think about ownership and transportation as a whole ? I mean, if your car is basically a fancy Uber ride, does that change everything?

omg just heard that waymo is coming to detroit i'm super stoked about this! it's gonna be sick to have robotaxis on our streets i've been waiting for a long time for this kind of tech to become a reality. plus, it's awesome that they're focusing on making transportation more accessible for people with epilepsy my grandma has that condition and it's always hard for her to get around. this is like, the future we've all been talking about what do you guys think? are you excited for waymo to roll out in detroit?
