I'm so down for a gem show, gotta see those fluorescent rocks under UV light, that sounds like a total trip! 
Ugh, another stuffy gem show that's just gonna be full of old dudes holding up their sparkly rocks... I mean, what about some actual interactive tech? Can't they just have a VR experience where you can virtually dig for gems or something? And why do they need to break out the neon lights and make everything glow like a rave party? It feels like they're trying too hard to be fun. And $10 for admission? That's a bit steep, don't you think? Maybe if they had some free stuff for kids to do, like a DIY rock-painting station or something...

btw, anyone else think it's weird how some of those gems are from places you might've never even heard of? 
. And don't even get me started on the prices - 10 bucks for an hour of looking at pretty stones? No thanks! Back in my day, we could find some awesome geodes or agates just by exploring in the woods
