🤯 I mean, have you ever had one of those days where you're just so stressed out that you can't even think straight? I'm not saying everyone should go out and spend a bunch of money on massages (although, let's be real, sometimes that's exactly what you need 😂), but for people who can't afford it, even just some simple techniques like self-massage or watching YouTube tutorials can make all the difference. And it's not just about feeling good, it's also about actually being healthy! I mean, chronic pain and anxiety are no joke, and massage has been shown to actually help with that stuff.
