Fiorentina's survival bid got a boost after Moise Kean came off the bench and scored the winning goal in a 5-1 thrashing of Cremonese, moving the team level on points with Pisa and Verona.
Kean was not expected to play, but Paolo Vanoli put him in the matchday squad at the last minute due to Edin Dzeko's injury. Kean's return from training after a private family matter had been kept under wraps, and his manager said he wouldn't even be on the bench if it wasn't for Dzeko's absence.

i mean, the guy had some decent form last season but this season its been a bit off 
still good for them though, 5-1 over cremonese is massive 
gotta keep fingers crossed for kean to stay fit and score more goals

! The coach must have been thinking "why not?" because it clearly paid off. But seriously, this win gives them a much-needed boost and shows that they can still compete in Serie A. Still, they've got their work cut out for them with those renovations at the stadium 
and a new sporting director who's taking some time to get there... fingers crossed Fabio Paratici brings his A-game soon!

i mean, what was he doing during his private family matter? was it just a random coincidence or was there something more to it? and what's with Vanoli putting him in the squad at the last minute? was that some kind of favoritism or just good timing?
either way, i think we need more info before we start celebrating like this
