I'm still shaking my head over this cold snap... I mean, we've had some bad winters before, but this one takes the cake 
. Six people dead? It's just crazy! You'd think we'd have better systems in place to keep our most vulnerable citizens safe during a crisis like this. I'm not trying to be harsh, but... have we learned nothing from the polar vortex a few years ago? Or all those winters when it was freezing and we had to dig ourselves out of snowdrifts 
. What's the plan here? Are we just gonna rely on social services workers to check in on people who need help? It seems like we're running a bit behind the curve, if you ask me
