Win at the Tables by Dining at the Best New Las Vegas Restaurants

Las Vegas' hottest table just got a whole lot hotter. The latest addition to the city's culinary scene is Gymkhana, an Indian restaurant with two Michelin stars that has left even the most discerning palates begging for more.

The brainchild of JKS Restaurants founders Jyotin, Karam, and Sunaina Sethi, Gymkhana is an ode to Indian cuisine reimagined in all its glory. From the moment you step into this stylish eatery nestled within the Aria casino-resort, it's clear that something special is afoot.

Foodies from far and wide are flocking to Gymkhana, with everything from globe-trotting DJs to UFC ring girls clamoring for a taste of its legendary lamb. "This is the best lamb I've ever had," declares one former food editor, before devouring another succulent tandoori lamb chop like it's going out of style.

But don't just take our word for it – Gymkhana's dishes are undeniably show-stopping. The spicy wagyu keema naan and luxurious Goan lobster curry are must-try favorites, while the creamy black lentil dal and butter chicken will leave you pining for more bread and rice. Even the most adventurous of cocktail connoisseurs may find themselves surprised by Gymkhana's signature pina collassi – a drink that's equal parts Indian delight and Vegas spectacle.

So what sets Gymkhana apart from its fellow Las Vegas restaurants? The answer lies in its bold flavors, uncompromising cooking, and unwavering dedication to the rich heritage of Indian cuisine. From the family-owned roots of its founders to the cultural fusion that makes each dish a true original, Gymkhana is more than just a meal – it's an experience.

As one New York real estate mogul puts it, posting a photo of Gymkhana on Instagram resulted in DMs from A-list celebrities and socialites. For those lucky enough to score a table, the verdict is clear: this restaurant is not just a must-visit for Indian food lovers, but a destination that redefines the Las Vegas dining scene.

🤔 I'm loving Gymkhana's vibe, the whole Indian cuisine thing done so well 🍴, but at the same time I don't know how sustainable this is for a Vegas restaurant 🤑. I mean, the prices are insane and the crowd can get pretty wild 💃. But hey, if it's that good, I'm not gonna complain 😂. The lamb sounds insane, I need to try it ASAP 🍗. Guess only time will tell if Gymkhana is just a fleeting Las Vegas phenomenon or something more 🕰️.

OMG u guys need 2 try Gymkhana in las vegas!!!! 🤩 it's literally life changing indian food 😍 i mean i've had my fair share of curries and naan but this place takes it to a whole new level 🔥 their lamb is like butter 💋 and the pina collassi is EVERYTHING 🍹👀 and btw have u seen the decor? 💃 it's like stepping into an india palace or something 😆 gotta try it ASAP 💨

Gymkhana sounds like an amazing spot 🤩, I mean, two Michelin stars is no joke! The lamb and naan are def worth trying, but what's got me skeptical is the hype around it - I love Indian food too, but sometimes all the fuss can be overwhelming. And have you seen the prices? 💸 Like, I get it, high-end restaurants gotta keep up appearances, but Vegas already has enough luxury spots to choose from. Still, if people are lining up around the block for a taste of that lamb, I guess Gymkhana's onto something 👌

I'm low-key obsessed with this new Gymkhana place 🤩, I mean have you tried their lamb? it's like, wow... I was scrolling through my Instagram and saw some celebs talking about how amazing it is, now I wanna try it out ASAP 📸 but what's with the name, gymkhana sounds kinda weird to me... does anyone know if they're actually from India or just inspired by it?

OMG, you guys! 🤩 Gymkhana in Las Vegas is literally serving up fire 🔥 food!!! I mean, two Michelin stars? That's no joke! 👏 The lamb is TO DIE FOR 💀 and those cocktails? Genius 🍹! What sets them apart from other restaurants? IMHO it's the bold flavors and commitment to Indian cuisine. Like, who needs generic Vegas grub when you can get authentic Indian food that'll blow your mind?! 🤯 I'm low-key obsessed with trying all their dishes - have anyone tried the spicy wagyu keema naan yet? 💁‍♀️ #GymkhanaVegas #IndianFoodLovers #TwoMichelinStars

Gymkhana is defo gonna change the game in Vegas 🤑👏 I mean, who wouldn't wanna try that spicy wagyu keema naan? 😍 But at the same time, I'm a bit skeptical about all this hype - can it really live up to its Michelin stars? 🤔 And what's with the crazy lines and super expensive tickets? Is it just gonna be another overhyped spot that's not worth the drama? 💸 Still, if the food is indeed as fire as everyone says, I'm game to give it a try 😏
