The White House has sought to distance itself from accusations that one of its officials labeled an anti-fascist activist a "domestic terrorist". ABC News' Mary Bruce asked Karoline Leavitt, the White House press secretary, if President Donald Trump shares the administration's stance on Alex Pretti.

However, no clear response was provided by the White House regarding their official position on this matter. Despite repeated inquires from journalists, a definitive statement from the White House on the subject remains unclear.

It is worth noting that recent reports suggest that some officials within the administration have labeled individuals involved in left-wing activism as domestic terrorists.
