Video President Trump on Greenland's self-determination

omg, what a total awkward encounter! 🤯 Trump is just dodging the real issue here - he's basically saying we're gonna expand our military presence in Greenland w/out any responsibility for how that affects the Danish and Greenlandic people... like, come on man, be honest about your intentions already! 💁‍♂️ The US is all about maintaining its power in the Arctic region, but what about respecting the sovereignty of Denmark and Greenland? That's just not cool. 🙅‍♂️

I'm literally still fuming over this whole exchange between Trump and that journalist in Denmark 🤯🌊 Like, can't he just give a straight answer for once?! It's not like the US is hiding something, but at the same time, it feels like they're trying to justify their own interests without considering the impact on Greenland. I mean, what even is this "strategic concerns" thing? Sounds like just an excuse to expand their military presence and take control of more land. And Trump's response was literally the most evasive thing I've ever heard - deflecting responsibility onto Denmark and Greenland like they're some sort of team players 🤦‍♂️👊 Newsflash, Donald: this isn't a game, it's people's lives and futures at stake. Can we please just get some real answers from our leaders?

🤕 America's behavior in Denmark is super sketchy 🤔, they're always poking their nose into other countries' business for their own gain 💸...like they think Greenland just sits there waiting for them to come and claim it? 🙄 Newsflash: it doesn't work that way, Denmark has its own voice and agency on this issue 🗣️. And let's be real, we all know the US is more interested in their military bases up there than actually listening to Greenlanders 👂...it's like they're trying to erase the concept of self-determination altogether 😵. The fact that Trump wouldn't directly answer the question just shows how uncomfortable he was with being called out 🙈, and now we have a whole lot of people questioning America's intentions in the region 🤔...not good 👎

Trump's response was super dodgy, you know? 🤔 I think he was trying to avoid a straight answer because the truth is, the US has been quietly building up its military presence in the Arctic for ages. It's like, they're basically saying "hey, we've got interests here, so don't worry about it". But what about Greenland's rights? They deserve to have a say in their own country's future too! 🤝 I'm not saying the US doesn't care about them, but it seems like there's a whole lot of double talk going on. Can we get some straight answers from him for once? 😒

I don’t usually comment but... I think Trump’s response was pretty weak 🤷‍♂️. I mean, coming from a country that has its hands deep in the Middle East and North Africa, it sounds kinda rich for them to be all like “respect Greenland's sovereignty”. They should really focus on being good neighbors before trying to expand their own interests 🌎. And what's with the historical ties thing? That just comes across as an excuse to justify America’s military presence in the Arctic. It feels like they're more worried about securing resources than actually listening to the people of Greenland 👂. The whole situation is kinda sketchy and I wish Trump had given a clearer answer 🤔.

omg i'm literally shocked by trump's response 😱 he's always been super unpredictable but this takes the cake! 🍰 it's not like he's acknowledging US expansionism or anything, he's just making excuses and deflecting responsibility 🙅‍♂️ which is super concerning considering how much interest the US has in Greenland's strategic location 📍 i mean, can't we just let the danish and greenlanders figure out their own future without the US needing to intervene? 🤔 it seems like trump is more interested in advancing american interests than respecting sovereign nations' rights 🚫
