They should've done this ages ago . Now they're trying to save face by giving us a plan that's still gonna be a mess in the end . It's like they want to pretend everything is cool before the shutdown hits . Can't believe we have to sit here waiting for them to figure it out again...
fingers crossed they can actually make this happen! i mean its been going on forever & like any1's sanity is gonna break . so far it sounds like the house is willing to play ball with the senate, which would be a huge step forward. lets hope all the drama & backroom dealin' comes down to something concrete . idk if they can actually get it done before the end of the year tho, but hey at least its worth a shot

Finally some positivity in Washington DC Mike Johnson's plan seems like a great step towards resolving this shutdown Fingers crossed that Congress can put aside their differences and come together on a bipartisan agreement It would be amazing to see them focus on pressing issues without the shutdown looming over them The nation needs some stability right now
