man this is like they're trying to own venezuela's future... think about it, control over oil sales is huge, it's like they're controlling the strings from behind the scenes... what does that do to democracy? doesn't it just feel like us vs them, one country trying to dictate another's fate... and people are still wondering if we're really free in our own countries
idk why US is doing this, seems like total overreach ... Venezuela's got a right to sell their own oil & make their own decisions about how that money gets spent . This whole thing is just another example of the US trying to play global cop & control everyone's energy markets . I'm not too worried about this new development . I mean, think about it - maybe this is just a way for the US to help Venezuela stabilize its economy? I know some people are super concerned about the potential impact on Venezuela's finances, but what if this is actually a chance for the country to get some extra cash and use it to support its citizens? And as for the US having control over the oil sales process, maybe that's just a temporary measure until things settle down.
