US cyber defense chief accidentally uploaded secret government info to ChatGPT

omg can u believe this? Madhu Gottumukkala is having a super rough patch 🤯 he's already dealing with mass layoffs and now this huge leak of sensitive info on ChatGPT... like what even is the point of using public AI tools if u dont know how to handle it properly?! experts say its a security risk but ppl r more concerned about the lack of transparency and accountability from Gottumukkala himself 🤔 idk man, i feel for him but at the same time, gotta hold ppl in power accountable for their actions 💯
 
🤦‍♂️ I don't get why they can't use a secure tool like DHSChat all the time? 🤔 ChatGPT is a public AI tool, it's meant for anyone to use, not just gov employees! 😒 What's the point of having a secret info mishap if you're gonna make everyone's job harder in the long run? 💼 Plus, this is just another example of how easily sensitive info can get leaked. 🚨 Can't we just stick with what we know works instead of trying out new-fangled tools? 😒 This whole thing has me shook... 😳
 
I gotta say, this whole ChatGPT thing is a wild card 🤯. I mean, I get that it's a powerful tool, but come on, the acting head of CISA can't even be bothered to follow basic security protocols? It's like he wanted to test the system out or something 😏.

And what's up with the lack of transparency? He gets access to sensitive info without clearing it through proper channels, and then he just leaks it all over a public forum. That's some serious negligence 🤦‍♂️. I'm not saying he did it on purpose, but still... how do we know he didn't?

It's like, if you're going to use a tool that's meant for secure communication, don't go using the public version 🚫. And what's with the "for official use only" label? If it's that sensitive, why not just keep it locked down tight 🔒?

Anyway, I'm all for holding people accountable when they mess up like this. Maybe Gottumukkala needs to take a hard look at his own security clearance and make sure he's handling the info with care 💯.
 
omg what a huge mess 🤯 this is so not okay for madhu gottumukkala to have shared all that sensitive info without proper clearance 😱 i can imagine how many people are affected by this, especially those who were impacted by the mass layoffs at cisa 🤕 my heart goes out to those DHS employees who are being terrorized by gottumukkala's actions 💔 it's just not right that they're having to deal with this nightmare environment 👎 i hope the investigation finds some answers and there are consequences for his actions 💯
