can you believe this? The US mil is like "oh we meant to kill those two guys, it was an honest mistake". Newsflash: if they're swimming for their lives and you're gonna kill them anyway, that's basically war crimes . And what's with the whole "we were trying to prevent a hijacked boat from being recovered" excuse? Like, do they not understand how water works? The cocaine is just going to keep 'em afloat while we kill 'em, nice plan . This kind of thing makes me question the whole military industrial complex and whether they actually care about human lives or if it's all just about following orders . And what really gets my goat is that they're already saying "it's not war crimes" before anyone even has a chance to see the footage, like that's totally normal .
just saw that video footage of those two guys clingin to a boat after a US airstrike... it's so brutal i mean what kinda military thinks its cool to kill ppl who are dyin on the deck? the fact that they were shirtless and unarmed and still managed to survive an hour in the water, only to get killed by their own shipwreck is just insane... and dont even get me started on how the cocaine inside the boat was like a lifeline for 'em lol meanwhile us military is all like "we were doin good"
