I'm not sure why the Trump administration is being so strict about this. I mean, 2 out of 150 drivers with licenses that are supposed to expire is still pretty low, right?

It just seems like another example of them trying to enforce a policy without thinking about the practical implications. Like, what's next?

Are they going to start regulating everything else too?
I also feel bad for these immigrant drivers who are just trying to make a living and provide for their families. They're not hurting anyone, right?

It's like, can't we find a way to balance security with compassion?

I'm all for keeping our roads safe, but do we have to crack down on people who are barely scraping by?
And what about the state of the federal database that's supposed to track this stuff? Isn't that the real issue here?

If it's outdated and prone to errors, shouldn't they be fixing that problem instead of punishing Pennsylvania for something that might not even be their fault?

Just seems like a lot of unnecessary drama to me.
