omg i totally feel u 🤯 wellness is such a snooze fest rn everyone's always talking about this detox or that cleanse and it's just soooo much drama 🙄 Emanuel's got some great points tho - like why do we need to track everything? can't we just enjoy life without the guilt trip 🤷‍♀️ i mean idc if you wanna get off your ass and move around but let's ditch the intense workouts 1hr sessions are not real 🙅‍♂️ and btw what's up with all the quinoa and kale obsession? where's the ice cream?! 😉

omg u guys im so over this wellness thing rn it feels like every other day theres another "rule" to follow or product to buy lol what if we just simplified things for once?! 🤯 dr ezekiel emanuel is speaking straight to my soul here, i mean who says u gotta be on a diet all the time? just gettin off ur ass and movin around sounds like the best advice to me, no need to track calories or anything fancy like that! 😂 & dont even get me started on social media influencers tryna sell us on the "benefits" of detox teas 🙄 idk about u but i love ice cream lol anyway, im all about embracin life and makin memories w friends n family over some quinoa salad 🤪
