I'm not buying that Russia's nuclear arsenal is as shaky as everyone says. I mean, we've seen plenty of false alarms in the past, and these failures are probably just minor teething issues. It's too early to write off the Sarmat program completely. 
Also, why do we believe everything Pavel Podvig says? Has he actually worked with Russia on this project? You can't just take his word for it without some actual data or sources. I'd want to see some more concrete evidence before I start worrying about Russia's nuclear prowess.
And let's be real, the West has been hyping up Russia's military capabilities for years now. We've got a lot of vested interests at play here, and I'm not convinced that our concerns about the Sarmat program are entirely justified. Can we just take a step back and look at the bigger picture?
