The Chocolate Expo is returning to Edison's New Jersey Convention & Exposition Center this weekend, bringing a sweet treat for foodies and families alike. Over 100 vendors will be setting up shop on March 7th and 8th, offering an assortment of artisanal chocolates, baked goods, specialty foods, cheeses, wines, truffles, fudge, chocolate-covered fruit, and bean-to-bar creations.
To satisfy any sweet tooth, attendees can also look forward to savory snacks and specialty drinks. But the Expo won't just be about indulging in delicious treats - it'll also feature celebrity guests making appearances. Alley Mills and Olivia d'Abo from the classic 80s sitcom "The Wonder Years" will lead a panel discussion at 1 pm each day, while Julie Dawn Cole, Paris Themmen, and Rusty Goffe from the original "Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory" will join forces for a 2 pm discussion.
Kids won't be left out of the fun - family-friendly activities include face painting, balloon twisting, a scavenger hunt, and live demonstrations. To add to the whimsy, balloon artist Robbie Furman will create sculptures inspired by "Willy Wonka" and "The Wonder Years."
Tickets are now available, with general admission starting at $20 online and $30 at the door for adults. Children aged 5-12 can enter for just $15. VIP early admission is available for $30, while admission after 4 pm will cost just $10.
The Chocolate Expo takes place on March 7th and 8th at the New Jersey Convention & Exposition Center (7 Sunfield Ave, Edison, NJ 08837). Don't miss out on this indulgent weekend of sweet treats!
