'Super Sentai' as We Know It May Come to an End After 50 Years

I'm so bummed out about this 🤕... Super Sentai has been such an iconic part of my childhood! I remember watching it with my siblings all the time, we'd stay up late trying to catch every single episode of our favorite show. 50 years is a long time, but it's crazy how quickly things can change. I wonder what they'll do next? Maybe Toei will reboot the series and bring back some new heroes 🤖. But if they're not going for that, a soft reboot with a new name or format could be kinda cool too... at least we know that young actors like Sora Ishii (Gozyuger) have already been given a chance to shine in this show 🙌

🤕 just saw this and it's a real downer... been following Super Sentai since I was a kid, loved the nostalgia and excitement of each new series 🚫 50 years is a big milestone, and now it might all be coming to an end 💔 can't believe they're citing budgetary concerns as the reason, feels like such a shame considering how iconic it's become in Japan 🤷‍♂️ at least the idea of a soft reboot is something, but what if they mess up? 😬

ugh, can you believe this?! 🤯 after 50 years, the king of japan's tokusatsu franchises is done? i remember watching gorenger when i was a kid and now it's just gonna stop? 🙅‍♂️ what about all the fans who grew up with this stuff? there's gotta be more to the story than just budget cuts... 🤑 maybe toei's just trying to revamp the brand, get some new blood in... or maybe they're just out of ideas 💡 idk, but i'm gonna miss watching new sentai shows 🎬.
