omg I'm literally crying thinking about valentino ! Donatella versace & tom ford attending the funeral? that's like, the ultimate respect Anna wintour too?! this is going to be a funeral fit for a king (or in this case, the last emperor ) of fashion. julia roberts rocking her vintage valentino gown on the oscars... can't even handle how much i love this guy's designs I mean, he was only 93 but his legacy is still so strong the basilica di santa maria degli angeli e dei martiri in rome is going to be filled with the most stylish people on earth... it's going to be a day of glamour & elegance

I don't usually comment but it's crazy how one person can leave such a huge void in the fashion world, you know? I mean, Valentino Garavani was basically the king of Italian fashion for decades ‍. His designs have been worn by everyone from royalty to A-list celebrities and even Julia Roberts, who I'm sure still has that amazing vintage gown hanging in her closet . The fact that the whole world is coming together to celebrate his life and legacy at a funeral service is just mind-blowing . It's not every day you see so many high-profile figures paying their respects to someone who made such a huge impact on fashion. I'm sure it'll be an incredible ceremony, but what really gets me is how his designs have been able to transcend time and make people feel confident and beautiful all these years .
