omg i just signed up for their newsletter lol i dont even know what i was thinking id be getting emails daily from them its gonna be so boring but at the same time im curious to see what news they got to share btw does anyone else think its weird when you sign up for something and they automatically create an account for u without asking? like wut if ur not even on theguardian website lol
 
I'm not sure why anyone would want to sign up for a daily newsletter that's just gonna be full of ads... I mean, isn't it enough to have actual news without some external party trying to sell you something? 🤔 It seems like the Guardian is all about making a buck these days, even if it's from its own content. And don't even get me started on Google reCaptcha - who needs an extra layer of security when we've already got ads flooding our inboxes?! 😒
 
idk why ppl r still usin old newsletters lol. its 2025 and we got google alerts and rss feeds on our phones rn. who needs daily emails when u can just scroll thru ur socials or follow ur fave journalists on their podcasts 📺📰 can't believe they dont have a mobile app tho 👎
 
I think its kinda weird when u sign up 4 a daily newsletter and they dont really tell u about whats goin on with ur own data lol 🤔. Like, isnt that the point of havin an account? I mean, I get it, external charities and ads are part of the deal, but I wouldnt mind knowin exactly how my info is bein used, you know? 😊
 
I'm not sure why I'm still getting bombarded with newsletters every weekday 🤯. Can't they just send me the good stuff and leave out all the extraneous info? Like, do I really need to know about external charities and online ads in my news? And what's up with Google reCaptcha anyway? It feels like they're always trying to test our humanity rather than our reading skills 😒. I mean, I get it, we need to protect ourselves from spam and all that, but can't they just come up with a better system? I'm already doing my part by clicking the right boxes 🤪.
