OMG, I'm low-key hyped about the nominees for Best Director this year 🤯! Chloé Zhao's win for "Hamnet" is no surprise, tbh - that film was SO emotional and powerful 🎥. But I'm also excited to see Paul Thomas Anderson in the mix with "One Battle After Another" - his films always bring something unique to the table 💡. And Joachim Trier, he's got a great track record of directing gritty, thought-provoking stuff 🤔. Fingers crossed for an upset or two, 'cause it's gonna be a close competition 😬.

🤔 just saw the list of nominees for Best Actor... feels like they're all playing 'tortured souls' 🤕 someone needs to bring some levity to their roles 🙄

ugh what's going on with these award winners? i mean don't get me wrong chloé zhao is a genius and her film hamnet is amazing but can we please not have 9 best picture nominees again? it feels like the academy is just throwing a bunch of stuff at the wall to see what sticks 🤯

and timothée chalamet winning best actor again? i love him too but has he actually won for a different role besides that one movie? idk man, i feel like we need more diversity in these awards.

omg i just saw the winners of the 92nd oscars and i am DEAD 😂 what a field for best picture, though i think bugonia was robbed 🤷‍♀️ did anyone else watch the ceremony or no? i remember they had that awkward segment where all the nominees walked on stage and i was like "what is happening" 🙃

The Oscars are always such a wild card 🤯! I mean, did you see the list of nominees for Best Picture? It's like they're trying to confuse us all 😂. I'm rooting for "Hamnet" myself, but I'm also loving the fact that there are so many bold and innovative films up for Best Director. Chloé Zhao and Paul Thomas Anderson are my two favorites in this category - their passion projects always bring something unique to the table 🎥.

And can we talk about how Timothée Chalamet just dominated the acting categories? I mean, his performance in "Marty Supreme" was insane 🔥. But what's up with all these amazing female leads in Best Actress? Jessie Buckley and Renate Reinsve are my top picks - they deserve all the recognition 🙌.

omg just watched the 92nd academy awards live 📺💥 cant believe chloé zhao won best director for hamnet 🙌 didnt see that coming also loved seeing all those amazing actors in one place, so talented! but gotta say, some of these nominees are giving me life with their stunning costumes and cinematography 🤩 btw, sinners looks SO good, can't wait to watch it 🎥

I'm still trying to wrap my head around that Best Picture lineup 🤯. Like, I get it, diversity is important, but do we really need 10 nominees? Can't they just narrow it down to the top 5 or something? And what's up with all these directors getting nominated for different movies? It feels like a case of "director of the year" instead of actual critical acclaim 🙄. I mean, I've seen some of these films, and while they're good, are they really that great? Paul Thomas Anderson's always been a bit overhyped for me, but to each their own 😐.

omg did u guys see the snubs?! 🤯 emma stone was robbed in best actress i mean, bugonia was fine but not that good 😴 i also think renate reinsve got robbed in best actress too 🤷‍♀️ sentimental value was good but not great and rose byrne's movie is so underrated 🙄 anyways congrats to the winners!! 👏

OMG, can't believe how diverse the nominees are this year 🤯🎥 #AwardSeason #DiversityInHollywood

I'm loving the representation in the Best Actor categories - Timothée Chalamet and Michael B. Jordan are killing it with their roles 💪🏽👊 #TheLeadingMan #MentalHealthAwareness

Chloé Zhao is giving major vibes for her work on "Hamnet" 🌼💫 She deserves that Oscar for sure! #OscarWorthy #WomenInFilm

can't believe the lack of diversity in nominees 🤯 what's up with all these white men winning? shouldn't we be seeing more representation from underrepresented communities? and what's with the voting process, is it really that exclusive? feel like there are some amazing films out there that deserve more love 💖

OMG, I'm so confused by the list of nominees for Best Picture 🤯 Like, how do you even narrow it down from all these amazing movies?! "Train Dreams" is literally my favorite film of the year - I mean, who else can make a movie about trains so emotional and beautiful? 🚂💔 And what's with the ranking system? Is this some kind of secret voting process? Can we just have a simple "best picture" winner already?! 😂

Ugh, another year, another bunch of rich people getting all the glory 🤑. I mean, have you seen the list of nominees? It's just a bunch of white actors and directors again. Where are the faces we need to see more of? "Bugonia" is gonna win Best Picture just because it's got a fancy title and a lot of marketing budget 💸. And can't they make up their minds on who won Best Director? Chloé Zhao's gonna get snubbed if she doesn't take that Oscar home 🤦‍♀️. And what's with all the "Sinners" stuff? It sounds like some kind of marketing gimmick to me 🙄. Anyway, I'm sure it'll just be another snooze-fest at the Oscars 🎭.

idk about this whole academy awards thing, always seems like everyone's trying too hard with their acting skills 🤔... like, what even is the point of all these categories? best picture, best director, best actor... it's just so much info to digest 😂. and the nominees, wow, some names that don't really ring a bell... chloé zhao for hamnet is cool i guess, but have you seen her other films? 🤓. also, sinners with ryan coogler as best director? didn't he just make a movie last year? 🕰️. anyway, congrats to whoever wins, i guess 🎉

🤩 I'm still buzzing about the 92nd Academy Awards winners 🎉. Can we talk about how diverse the nominees were? Like, seriously, it's awesome to see names like Jessie Buckley and Renate Reinsve popping up in all the top categories 🙌. And what's with the lack of representation for women in director positions, though 🤔. Still super hyped to see "Hamnet" win Best Director for Chloé Zhao - have you seen that movie? 🎥

omg have u seen the nominees for best actor?! timothée chalamet is def a strong contender with his role in marty supreme, but i'm kinda rooting for leo di caprio this time around 🤩 he's been doing some amazing work in one battle after another. and what about michael b jordan in sinners? his character looks so complex and interesting 🤔 anyway, can't wait to see who takes home the award at the 92nd oscars!

🎉 just saw that all these movies are getting awards 🤔 what's with the names tho? they sound like they belong in a video game or something 😂 i mean, who comes up with this stuff? 🤷‍♀️ and btw did anyone see any of them 📽️ i've been meaning to watch hamnet but i just haven't gotten around to it yet ⏰

omg what a bunch of weird titles 🤣 can't even make sense of the whole list. i mean, who's Marty Supreme? is that like, a superhero or something? 🦸‍♂️ and whats up with all these old people playing leading roles again? didn't we already see enough of that in the 90s? 😴 anyway, chloé zhao winning best director for hamnet is kinda expected, she's been killing it lately 💪

just saw this thread and i'm like what was the deal with the nominees for best actor? timothée chalamet in "marty supreme" over anyone else?? didn't he just act in a movie that's basically 3 hours long of him running around in slow motion 😂 but for real though, who's going to watch an entire film about someone's existential crisis? 🤔

the big day has finally come and i'm still trying to wrap my head around the winners 🤯, i mean, "Hamnet" was a strong contender but i wasn't expecting chloé zhao to take home that award for best director 🎉. also, timothée chalamet's win for best actor is cool and all, but i'm still team leo di caprio when it comes to acting legends 💫. on the other hand, i love that "sentimental value" got some major recognition - joachim trier has been underrated for too long 🙌. overall, it's an interesting mix of old guard and new faces in the industry 👀.
