Russia-Ukraine war: List of key events, day 1,360

Russia has continued its relentless assault on Ukraine, leaving a trail of destruction and death in its wake. At least six people were killed and 35 injured in a massive attack on Kyiv's Desnianskyi district. The city's Mayor Vitali Klitschko condemned the attacks as "unacceptable" in a Telegram post.

The Russian Embassy in Azerbaijan came under fire, with the embassy itself being damaged in an Iskander-type missile strike that left part of the perimeter wall destroyed and other areas badly damaged. No casualties were reported, but officials expressed outrage over the attack.

Meanwhile, two people were killed and seven injured in a drone attack on Chornomorsk, a coastal city in southern Ukraine. The Ukrainian Governor Oleh Kiper confirmed the casualties in a Telegram post.

The international community has weighed in, with UN chief Antonio Guterres "strongly" condemning Russia's large-scale missile and drone strikes on Ukraine. NATO officials have also pledged greater cooperation to counter growing threats from Russia.

However, tensions remain high between Russia and Western powers. Russian troops have intensified combat near the Ukrainian city of Orikhiv, while fighting rages on in the city of Pokrovsk. The Russian military has reported that North Korean soldiers are helping to clear mines left behind by Ukrainian forces in Russia's Kursk region.

The conflict has also taken a civilian toll, with one man dying from injuries sustained in a Ukrainian drone attack on his car. Russian forces shot down 216 Ukrainian drones overnight, according to the Ministry of Defence.

Russia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued a warning to NATO, saying that if the alliance decides to attack Russia, Moscow will respond "with all its capabilities." Meanwhile, officials have expressed concern over US military actions in the Caribbean Sea.

In a bid to ease tensions, Italy has pledged 12th package of military support for Kyiv, while Germany has announced plans to raise military aid to Ukraine to €11.5 billion next year. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has confirmed that his country is working on energy agreements with European nations to ensure a stable gas supply this winter.

As the conflict continues to escalate, both sides are bracing for the impact of the cold weather ahead, with Kyiv and its allies scrambling to secure supplies and protect infrastructure.

OMG did u no Russia just attacked Kyiv again 🀯?! Like, 6 ppl killed & 35 injured in Desnianskyi district πŸ€•. Mayor Vitali Klitschko is super mad about it too 😑. And y know what's even crazier? Russia just damaged their own embassy in Azerbaijan 🚧! Like, what r they even doing?!

And omg the drone attacks on Chornomorsk & other places are getting outta control πŸš€πŸ’₯. Like, 2 ppl killed & 7 injured in one attack alone 😱. Ukrainian Gov Oleh Kiper is all like "this is unacceptable" πŸ‘Š.

But like, what's up with Russia claiming North Korean soldiers r helping them clear mines?πŸ€” Is that even true? πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ

And btw NATO is like "hey we got ur back Ukraine" 😊 but Russia is all "if u attack me I'll retaliate with everything I've got" 😬. Like, can't they just talk it out?! πŸ€—

I'm getting really worried about Ukraine πŸ€•. The thought of North Korean soldiers helping Russia is just creepy πŸ’€. I mean, we should be supporting our NATO allies, not letting them get involved in a conflict that's so far from their own borders πŸ€”. And what's with Russia's aggressive rhetoric? The "all its capabilities" warning is just a threat to destabilize the whole region 😬.

I'm also concerned about the US military actions in the Caribbean Sea 🌊. It feels like we're getting drawn into this conflict without fully understanding the implications. And have you seen those numbers of drones being shot down by Russia? 216? That's insane! πŸš€

On a more positive note, it's great to see Italy and Germany stepping up their support for Ukraine πŸ™Œ. The €11.5 billion in military aid from Germany is a huge boost πŸ‘. But we need to be careful not to get too caught up in this conflict without thinking about the bigger picture 🀝.

Lastly, I hope Ukraine can secure that stable gas supply with Europe 🚧. It's essential for both countries' economies and citizens. The cold weather ahead will only make things worse if they're struggling to get the basic necessities 🌑️.

It's just so complicated, you know? πŸ˜”

Ugh, can't believe how things have escalated between Russia and Ukraine πŸ€•. I mean, six people killed in Kyiv already? That's just heartbreaking. And the fact that Russia is basically using North Korean soldiers to clear mines on their own territory? Come on, guys... πŸ˜‚ It's like a real-life video game or something.

But seriously, it's so tragic how civilians are getting caught in the middle of all this. I mean, one guy died from injuries sustained in a Ukrainian drone attack on his car πŸš—πŸ’₯. Can't we all just get along? And those Russian Embassy attacks? Not cool, man... πŸ˜’

And don't even get me started on the rhetoric going back and forth between Russia and NATO 🀯. "If you attack us, we'll respond with all our capabilities"? That's like something out of a Cold War movie... πŸ˜…. Can't they just talk things through instead of threatening each other?

It's crazy how fast things have changed in Ukraine, though 🀯. From energy agreements to military aid packages... it's like the world is watching and waiting for something to happen. I hope they can all figure out a way to end this conflict soon 🀞.

This is getting crazy 🀯! The world needs to step in ASAP and help Ukraine out πŸ™. I mean, Russia's been going on like that for ages now and it's time we all do something about it πŸ’ͺ. Those innocent people dying left and right... it's just not right 😒. We need more leaders who actually care about human life, you know? πŸ’•

🀯 I'm still trying to wrap my head around all this chaos πŸŒͺ️. It feels like we're stuck in some kind of never-ending Cold War era πŸ’€. Six people dead and 35 injured just from one attack in Kyiv? That's insane 😱. And now Russia is saying they'll respond with "all their capabilities" if NATO attacks them? What does that even mean? πŸ”₯

And can we talk about the international community for a sec? 🀝 I'm glad Antonio Guterres and NATO are speaking out, but it feels like we're just scratching the surface of what's really going on. We need more concrete actions, not just words πŸ’¬.

I keep thinking back to when we used to have these huge debates about nuclear war and the Cold War... did we learn nothing? πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ It's like we're reliving history, but with more drones and missiles 😨. And what about those North Korean soldiers helping Russia? What's going on there? πŸ€”

I guess my point is that we need to be careful and think this through carefully before we do anything drastic πŸ’‘. We can't just jump into another war without considering the consequences 🌊. I know it's hard to see right now, but we have to try to find a way out of this mess πŸ˜”.

😱 can't believe what's happening in Ukraine rn... all these attacks on civilians is just getting out of hand πŸ’” at least 6 people dead and 35 injured in Kyiv? that's insane 😲 the international community needs to step up their game, we can't just sit back and watch Russia do whatever they want πŸ™„ NATO needs to be more proactive, not just talking about cooperation but actually doing something about it πŸ’ͺ and what's with this North Korean soldier thing?! are we really still in a situation where we need to rely on foreign soldiers to help us out? 😳

πŸ€” It's all so frustrating, you know? Russia just keeps on pushing Ukraine around... like they're not even human beings or something πŸ™ At least 35 people got hurt in that one attack on Kyiv - can't believe it had to happen again! And now the Russian Embassy is damaged, which just shows how crazy this situation is getting. The world's already dealing with enough problems - do we really need more conflict? πŸ€•

Oh no πŸ€•πŸ˜¨πŸ’” it's getting worse over there Russia is being super mean πŸ’₯🚫 but at least 6 people didn't die 😌 they got hurt tho πŸ€• 35 people were injured πŸ₯ which is a lot 🀯 and the city of Kyiv is in a really bad state πŸŒͺ️😒

I'm so worried about Ukraine πŸ™πŸ’– and all the innocent people living there 🌎 they deserve peace 😌 not this war drama πŸ’” NATO should do more to help 🀝 and Italy is doing great too πŸ‘ 12th package of military support is a big deal πŸ“ˆ Germany is being super helpful too πŸ’― €11.5 billion next year is a lot of money πŸ’Έ

But what's going on with the US military in the Caribbean Sea? πŸŒŠπŸ˜• they need to focus on Ukraine too 🀝 and Russia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs is being super dramatic πŸ˜‚ if they think they can attack NATO, good luck with that πŸ™„

I just want peace to come back πŸ’– to this world we need it more than ever ❀️🌎

Ugh, can't believe I have to see this nonstop 🀯. Like, how many times can we keep going on about Russia's aggression? Can't they just chill for one sec? And btw, what's with the forum not letting me post a picture of a peaceful Ukraine map with some flowers and stuff... anyway...

So yeah, six more people die in Kyiv, that's like, so sad πŸ˜”. And now we're talking about drone attacks again... when are they gonna stop? It's just getting crazier and crazier over here πŸš€.

I mean I get it, NATO needs to step up their game, but can't we all just talk things through? Like, what's the point of all this military build-up? πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

And don't even get me started on Russia's embassy in Azerbaijan... like, who does that?! 😑. Anyway, at least Italy is trying to help out Kyiv with some more cash πŸ’Έ.

But seriously, can we please just focus on the human cost of this conflict? Like, six people dead in Kyiv isn't just a number or a statistic... it's real people's lives πŸ’”.

omg u guys can u beleev the destruction russia is causing in Ukraine?! 🀯 6 ppl killed & 35 injured in one attack on kyiv's desnianskyi district? that's just sickin' 🚫 it's not okay for russia to keep launchin missiles & drones at innocent civilians.

and now they're accusin the embassy in azerbaijan?! πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ part of the wall is destroyed & other areas are badly damaged but thankfully no casualties. still, that's just unacceptable behavior from russia.

the international community is comin for them tho 🚫 nato officials say they'll be more cooporative to counter russian threats. and ukraine's president is workin on energy agreements with european nations to ensure a stable gas supply this winter ❄️ it's all about keepin the peace & gettin support for ukraine.

anyway, ppl are gettin restless πŸŒͺ️ with tensions still high between russia & western powers. russian troops are intensify combat near orikhiv & fighting's ragin in pokrovsk 🚨

omg u no w whats goin on in ukrania?? 😩 russia is just keepin it brutal 🀯 they just hit kyiv like 6 ppl killed & 35 injured πŸ€• & now its a big deal cuz the mayor is all "unacceptable" 🚫 like duh πŸ™„. and get this - russian embassy got attacked by an iskander missile πŸš€ and its not even a big deal for russia lol πŸ˜‚. but for real tho, 2 ppl died in chornomorsk & that's just sad πŸ’”. UN chief is all like "strongly condemn" but like russia already knows dat πŸ˜’. NATO is all "we got ur back" 🀝 but its still super tense between russia and the west rn πŸŒͺ️. btw, north korean soldiers are helpin russia clear mines lol what wut? πŸ€¦β€β™€οΈ & russian forces shot down 216 ukrainian drones 😳. lets just hope kyiv gets the help it needs b4 winter hits ❄️

I'm literally shaking right now 🀯 think about all those innocent people getting caught in the middle of this senseless war πŸŒͺ️ Russia needs to stop this ASAP! How many more lives have to be lost?! 😭 And what's with the North Korean soldiers being involved? Is this some kind of proxy war or something? πŸ˜• This just gets worse and worse. I'm so tired of all these military actions and threats... can't we just talk it out instead of resorting to violence? πŸ’”
