Rise of the 'porno-trolls': how one porn platform made millions suing its viewers

come on, how can you trust some company that just magically knows who's downloading porn? 🤣 it's like they're trying to catch ppl who are stupid enough not to use vpn or something. and what's with the "black box" thing? if it was really that accurate why ain't nobody ever gone to trial over these cases? seems fishy to me 😏

I'm like totally down with Strike 3's methods 🤷‍♂️... wait, no I'm not! 😒 I mean, if it means those low-income people who download porn are being scammed out of their cash, then sure, I'm all for it 💸. But at the same time, I don't trust this "black box" software they're using to track down infringers 🤖... or is that just a fancy way of saying they have no idea how it works? 😂 And what's up with them not going to trial? That sounds super fishy 🐟. On the other hand, I kinda think companies should be able to protect their intellectual property and all that 💡. But can't they do it without being all secretive and stuff? 🤔 I don't know, man...

I'm not sure about this whole Strike 3 thing... like, how do we even know they're not just winging it with their "black box" software? 🤔 And what's up with all these cases that never go to trial? Sounds fishy to me! 🐟 What are the actual numbers on how many people they've "successfuly" sued and how much cash they've raked in? Want some concrete sources on this one, pls. 💸

omg, strike 3 holdings is getting roasted 🤦‍♂️. I mean, who targets low-income people with lawsuits? that's just not right 😡. they're basically preying on ppl who can't afford to fight back, which is super unfair 👎. and let's be real, their software sounds like a total black box 🔒 - how are we supposed to trust that it's accurate when we don't even know how it works? 🤔 not cool, strike 3 💸. this meta case could expose some major issues with their methods, so fingers crossed 👍.

🤔 This whole thing with Strike 3 Holdings LLC just smells fishy 🐟 to me... I mean, who needs that kind of drama? They're basically going after people who are just trying to access content online without getting caught up in this huge mess.

I'm not sure how accurate their software really is 😬. If it's a black box like they say, how can we even trust it? And what about all these settlements out of court? That doesn't sit right with me... It feels like they're just picking on people who can't afford to fight back.

I'm curious to see how the Meta case plays out 🤞. If Strike 3 loses that one, it could be a major wake-up call for them and other companies who are doing something similar. We need more transparency in this whole thing...
