Revisited: is curiosity the key to ageing well? – podcast

I THINK THE KEY TO AGING WELL ISNT JUST ABOUT STAYING PHYSICALLY HEALTHY OR GENETICALLY FAVORED... IT'S ABOUT KEEPING THAT YOUNG MIND CURIOUS AND ENGAGED! 🤯 if we can find ways to stay curious and learn new things, whether its through reading, traveling or trying out a new hobby, it could make all the difference. I MEAN, THINK ABOUT IT, WHEN WE'RE CURIOUS, WE'RE MORE PROBLY GOING TO MAKE NEW FRIENDS, TRY NEW THINGS AND STAY MENTALLY ACTIVE... which is basically a recipe for living longer and happier! 😊

I'm all for this 🤔! I think having a curious mind is everything when it comes to staying young at heart. Like, my grandma used to travel everywhere with her camera and would always ask people from different places where they're from and what they do for work. She's 85 now and still got the spark in her eye 🌟. And honestly, I think that's why she's been so happy and fulfilled - she's always had a reason to explore and learn new things.

I've also seen how curiosity can bring people together. Like, my friend's parents met at a book club when they were both in their 50s. They started going out together and eventually got married 😊. It's amazing how something as simple as being curious about books can lead to so much connection and joy.

Anyway, I think this is all really inspiring. We should definitely prioritize curiosity, especially as we get older. Whether it's trying new hobbies or just asking more questions in life, I think it's the key to staying happy and engaged 🌈.
