I'm thinking

... this whole Greenland thing is really getting out of hand

. I mean, come on, the US taking control of an island that's already part of a Nato ally? That sounds like a recipe for disaster

. And now we're seeing some of Trump's own party members start to speak out against him... that's gotta be a good sign

. But seriously, it's hard to understand why anyone would want to take on Denmark and all its diplomatic connections over some island in the middle of nowhere

And what about national security?

Is taking control of Greenland really going to make us safer? I'm not convinced

. It seems like Trump is more interested in flexing his muscles and making some big claims than actually thinking through the consequences

. And with all these high-ranking Republicans speaking out against him, it's starting to look like he might be on shaky ground

I think the worst part is that this whole thing could divide the Republican party from within

. If Trump can't get his own people on board, how's he gonna achieve anything else?
