Report: Eagles hiring former Buccaneers OC Josh Grizzard to be passing game coordinator

idk what's going on with this eagles team 🤷‍♂️ they're trying to fix one problem by replacing another 🤦‍♂️ mannion was only 33 yrs old he had some decent coaches under him at tampa bay 🙏 and now they bring in grizzard who's been around the block a few times 💯 but i think what really matters here is how this change affects their roster 🤔 have they got enough talent to execute on the new game plan 🤷‍♂️ still gonna be interesting to watch them play out

OMG, this is gonna be interesting 🤔! I mean, Josh Grizzard seems like a solid pick for the Eagles' passing game coordinator spot. Nine years of NFL coaching experience under his belt? That's no joke! He helped orchestrate one of the league's most explosive offenses in 2024, so he knows what he's doing 💥.

I'm curious to see how he'll mesh with the Eagles' roster, especially after that rough season in 2025. The fact that they parted ways with Sean Mannion, who was only 33 and had limited experience... yeah, that's a bold move by the team 🤷‍♂️.

Grizzard's got the expertise to help the Eagles develop a more cohesive attacking unit, which is exactly what they need. And let's be real, six yards per pass attempt and two touchdowns per game? That's some serious firepower 🔥! I'm rooting for him to make a difference this season 💪

I think this is a solid move for the Eagles! 🦅 They needed someone with Josh's expertise to help them revamp their passing game. His background in Duke sounds super interesting too - all those years of quality control coaching probably helped him hone his skills.

I'm still salty about Sean Mannion, though 😕 he's got potential but I don't think he was ready for that gig yet. The Bucs' offense did have some crazy metrics last year, so it'll be fun to see if Josh can replicate that with the Eagles!

Here's a quick diagram of what might happen:
```
+---------------+
| Offense |
+---------------+
|
|
v
+-------------------------------+ +-----------------------+
| Explosive Plays | | Better Play-Calling |
| (6 Yards/Att, 2 TDs/G) | | with Grizzard's help |
+-------------------------------+ +-----------------------+
|
|
v
+---------------+
| More Cohesive |
| Attacking Unit |
+---------------+
```
Let's hope it all comes together for the Eagles this season! 🤞

I'm loving this move by the Eagles! Grizzard's resume is insane for a guy who's only 35 lol 🤯 I mean, nine years of coaching experience in the league is impressive, especially considering he was a graduate assistant at Duke back in 2013 😂 He got to work with some top-notch coaches and players, which is probably why he's so effective now. Mannion's youth is nice, but experience counts for everything when it comes to running an NFL offense. Grizzard's gonna bring that expertise to Philly and they're gonna be unstoppable 🔥

I'm telling you, something fishy's going down in Philly 🐟. They just hired this Josh Grizzard guy out of nowhere, and I'm not buying it. He's got some serious credentials, but what's with the timing? The Eagles just parted ways with Sean Mannion, who was young and hungry, but maybe didn't have all the experience... yet. And now they're bringing in this seasoned coach to fix their passing game? It's like they knew something we don't know 🤐. What if Grizzard is being used as some sort of puppet to control the Eagles' offense from behind the scenes? I mean, what's the real motive here? Maybe it's all part of some bigger plan to... wait and see 😏.

I don’t usually comment but I think it’s a bit weird that they hired someone with so much experience only because their previous guy was young 🤔. I mean, Josh Grizzard is basically a coaching veteran at this point and he's only 35?! That's not old for an NFL coach. And what about Mannion, dude was just 33 and had some great success in Tampa Bay? It feels like the Eagles are playing catch-up now because they lost their passing game coordinator 🤦‍♂️. I'm curious to see how Grizzard's offense holds up against other teams this season 👀
