omg u guys i'm literally SHAKING about the idea of a wealth tax! like, £10m+ is just so... excessive and we all know it's not like the wealthy folks aren't making bank they're just hiding it in offshore accounts & creaky old investments so yeah, 2% sounds like a fair deal to me especially with that £25 billion for healthcare, housing, eduction, and infrastructure - talk about investing in the people! i'm kinda low-key hoping Reeves brings this up in her budget plans tho wanna see some real change

what's the point of even having a budget if they're just gonna hide all the juicy details behind a veil of secrecy?? I mean, come on Rachel Reeves, are you really gonna play it safe and let the fat cats keep their ill-gotten gains? at least have the decency to be upfront about the wealth tax idea, instead of quietly pushing it around like it's a dirty little secret...

I'm so frustrated with the UK's tax system ! It feels like only the rich get richer while the rest of us struggle to make ends meet . I mean, £10m is a pretty big number and I know there are plenty of people who wouldn't mind parting with that kind of cash for the greater good . Plus, it would be so empowering if MPs were actually speaking out about it instead of keeping quiet behind party lines . Reeves needs to take some risks in her budget plans, we need real change not just more of the same .
