So like RealPage has agreed to settle with the Justice Department over these allegations of "algorithmic collusion"... isn't that wild?
I mean, it makes sense that they'd want to change their ways and increase transparency, but at the same time, critics are saying that it's still not enough... I get why they're worried about competition in local housing markets, but what about all these cities passing ordinances against rent-setting software? Is that just a band-aid solution or can we really make it work?
