'Pure apocalypse': a photographer's journey through the Pantanal wildfires

😱 can't believe how bad it is in Pantanal right now... I mean, I've seen some scary pics of wildfires before, but this is just insane 🌳💥. It's like the fires are getting more and more aggressive every year. And the worst part is that we're still not doing enough to stop them 😔. We need to get serious about addressing the root causes of these fires, like water loss and drought... it's not just about throwing more money at the problem, we need a real plan to tackle this 🤯.

But on the other hand, I have to give credit to those firefighters and conservationists who are out there risking their lives every day to protect that region 🙏. They're like the real heroes 💪. And it's so important that we're raising awareness about what's happening in Pantanal... this is a wake-up call for all of us, and I hope people take action to make a difference 🌎. Have you guys seen the exhibition at the Science Museum in London? Apparently, it's really powerful stuff... worth checking out if you can make it 📸

🌳😩 I mean, who doesn't love a good forest fire? Just kidding, this is serious stuff. I've been following these Pantanal wildfires for ages, and it's like, what's going on with our planet, right? 🤷‍♂️ It's not just about the fires themselves, it's about the whole ecosystem that gets destroyed. And you know what's even crazier? The fact that we're still figuring out how to put them out! Like, scientists and conservationists are working hard, but it's like they're playing whack-a-mole – every time you think you've contained one fire, another one pops up somewhere else. 🌴 I mean, can't we just get our water usage under control or something? It's not that hard, folks! 😂 But seriously, let's all try to be more eco-friendly and support these amazing firefighters and conservationists who are risking it all to protect our planet. 💪
