London, United Kingdom - Two men have been taken into custody after a shocking stabbing attack on a London-bound train left nine people with life-threatening injuries and sparked fears of terrorism.
British Transport Police Superintendent John Loveless ruled out terrorism as the motive behind the attack on Saturday evening's 6:25 p.m. train from Doncaster to King's Cross, saying that "there is nothing to suggest this is a terrorist incident."
The 32-year-old Black British man and the 35-year-old Caribbean descent suspect remain in custody, Loveless revealed, adding that four of those wounded were discharged and one other person was admitted overnight, bringing the total number of hospital cases to 11.
Passengers described chaotic scenes with many running through carriages while others sought safety in toilets. "Run, run, there's a guy literally stabbing everyone," one passenger reported.
Despite an immediate police response, no motive for the attack has been disclosed, and at this early stage it would not be appropriate to speculate on causes of the incident.
In the aftermath of the attack, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer expressed his support for those affected, while King Charles III and Queen Camilla sent condolences. London North Eastern Railway confirmed that major disruption will persist until Monday due to the incident.

9 people with life threatening injuries is 9 lives that never got to live their best lives...and the fact that they cant even tell us wut happened, its like they're playing with fire here 
. Anyway, back to this crazy train attack in London... I mean, can you believe nine people got life-threatening injuries just because some dude decided to stab others on a train? It's like, what's wrong with our world today?

The fact that the police are saying there's nothing to suggest terrorism is just to calm people down and avoid sparking panic. It's all about appearances here. I'm willing to bet my bottom dollar that these two suspects knew exactly what they were doing, and it was all part of some twisted terrorist plot
