idk what's goin on in this city rn, first homicide of 2024 already? it's like we're just settlin into a new year and BAM! someone gets shot ugh, another taxi driver gets killed...these incidents r gettin outta control. & now the cops are askin us to help find these ppl...but what about all the security cameras that already recorded this? shouldn't we just see these ppl behind bars by now?
I'm literally SHOOK by this news ... Like, I've been using Uber for years and never had any issues, but now I feel so bad thinking about all these poor drivers who could be victims of senseless violence ... It's just not right that Issa Mbolo-Isac was gunned down over his job - can you imagine if it were your family member or friend? The fact that the taxi driver industry has been targeted recently is just adding to my anxiety... What's going on with our city?! We need to do more to support these drivers and make sure they feel safe while working . And to Ehinel Troncoso, I hope you get caught soon because your actions are absolutely heinous .
Ugh, this is just so heartbreaking ... I feel for Issa's family and friends, it's just not right that someone would do this to him over a taxi fare. It's like he was just trying to make a living and provide for his loved ones. And now, his entire life is being destroyed by the actions of two senseless individuals.
As a parent, it's hard to even imagine what my child would go through if something like this happened to them. The thought of someone approaching your child in fear for their safety is just terrifying . I wish there was more that could be done to keep people safe on the streets.
I hope the police are able to catch these suspects soon and bring some justice to Issa's family. A $10,000 reward is a good start, but I'm sure it's not enough for the pain and suffering they're going through .
