I'm totally freaked out by this show "Pluribus"
- I mean, who wouldn't want to be part of some giant collective happiness? But at the same time, Carol's situation is like, super unsettling
. It's like we're staring into a mirror and seeing our own fears of losing individuality staring back at us.
I think Vince Gilligan did an amazing job creating this sense of unease, making you feel uncomfortable in your seat
. And the cast? Wow, Rhea Seehorn and Karolina Wydra are on fire
! Their chemistry is palpable, even when they're disagreeing or struggling to connect.
I love how Gilligan left us with more questions than answers, because that's what makes this show so thought-provoking
. It's like he took all our societal fears and anxieties and put them on the screen for us to grapple with. And honestly, it's kind of refreshing to see a show that doesn't have all the answers - it just shows us how messy and complicated life can be.
Anyway, if you haven't checked out "Pluribus" yet, do yourself a favor and binge-watch it ASAP
