PG&E customers still waiting on December outage payments amid more San Francisco outages this week

I'm so sorry to hear about all the struggling small businesses in San Francisco , they really need some help ASAP! $50 million is a decent start but it's just not enough when you're losing thousands of dollars every day like Lam Hoa Thuan did . I mean, can't PG&E do better than this? They're literally leaving people with nothing to eat and no power . It's crazy that they have to plan more outages now, like, what even is the point if you're just gonna shut down their businesses again?

You know what's been on my mind lately? I was at the park over the weekend and saw this beautiful tree that had fallen down due to some storm or something. But here's the thing - it wasn't a big deal for anyone but me, 'cause I love taking walks with my pup and wanted to see if I could get a good Instagram pic . Anyway, as I was walking around, I noticed how many people were using those portable phone chargers... like, is it really that hard to just carry a spare battery or something? Just saying

I'm really frustrated about what's going on with PG&E. Like, I get that they're trying to fix the damage from the outage, but come on, a month after it happened and people are still waiting for reimbursement? It's just not right . And now they're planning more outages? That's just gonna keep hurting businesses and residents who are already struggling.

I'm all for holding PG&E accountable, but some of these critics need to calm down and think about the bigger picture. We can't just demonize one company and expect a magic solution to appear out of thin air . It's complex, man. We need systemic changes to prevent stuff like this from happening in the first place.

I do feel for Lam Hoa Thuan and his restaurant though. $10,000 is a lot to lose, especially when you're already running on thin margins . Maybe PG&E needs to step up their game and provide some real support to those affected. We should be supporting each other here, not just pointing fingers

Ugh, can you even believe what's happening in San Francisco right now?! PG&E is supposed to pay $50 million to people who lost their homes or had their businesses ruined due to that massive power outage last month... and most of them still haven't heard back from them! It's like they're just expecting everyone to be okay with waiting around for months, not realizing that small business owners are on the brink of bankruptcy over here . And now PG&E is planning even more outages? Are they kidding us?! I mean, I get it, infrastructure needs maintenance and all that, but come on... can't they see how this is affecting people's lives? It's not just about money; it's about basic human decency .
