. Like, don't get me wrong, it's convenient and all that, but have you seen the returns policy lately? It's like they expect us to have a crystal ball to predict what we might want in 3 months' time. And good luck trying to get a refund when something doesn't fit or is just plain broken. I swear, some companies are more bent on making a quick buck than actually caring about their customers. Anyway, if someone wants to talk about the actual return policy, I'm happy to weigh in

it's a double edged sword i mean on one hand its cool that we can have smart homes & self driving cars but on the other hand what happens to all those ppl who lose their jobs or struggle to adapt
