Nigerian state secures release of 100 out of 265 kidnapped schoolchildren

🤔 just hope the rest of them are safe too... all this kidnap-for-ransom stuff is getting outta hand 🚨 can't believe we're living in times where our schools are being held hostage 💔 these kids should be learning, not hiding 📚👀

Wow 🤩 - I'm glad to hear that some of the kidnapped schoolkids are finally going home! The fact that it was a deal with the abductors is crazy though 🤑, can you even imagine negotiating with someone holding your kids hostage? Interesting 😬 how this incident highlights the kidnap-for-ransom crisis in Nigeria, and what's worrying is that it's become a lucrative industry for armed groups... bad timing 🕰️

😒 I'm surprised they were able to get the kids out safely, but what's with all these 'deals' with kidnappers? 🤔 How can we trust that the remaining students are safe when there are so many loose ends? Did Nigeria really get a good deal or was this just a PR stunt? 💸 Sources on this deal are sketchy at best. I need more info before I believe it. 📰 What about the 165 other staff and students who are still missing? Are we just gonna forget about them now? 🤷‍♂️ This whole kidnap-for-ransom crisis in Nigeria needs a serious investigation, not just some hush-hush deals with unknown parties. 💡
