Netflix will give WBD movies 45-day theater exclusivity if deal goes through

man, can you believe this? 🤯 like, I get it, netflix wants to be competitive with theaters, but 45 days is still pretty short for cinemas to make some cash. i mean, what's gonna happen when the movie's out on streaming and people are just gonna go straight there instead of paying a ticket price at the movies? 🍿 cinema experience is all about the big screen and the communal thing, you know?

and yea, sarandos seems like he's trying to placate theater owners who are worried about this deal. i get it, they're scared for their livelihoods. but can't we just have a little more clarity on what's gonna happen when netflix takes over warner bros discovery? 🤔

🤔 I mean, if they really wanna help out cinemas, why not give them more time to show off those new flicks? It seems like Netflix is trying too hard to please everyone 🤑. Those 45 days might just make theaters look way less threatened than they actually are 😂. Still, it's a step in the right direction, I guess 👍. Less stress for cinemas means more shows for us to enjoy! 🎥

omg i feel like netflix is trying so hard to win back some of those cinema ppl who r all upset about their plan 🤔 they wanna keep those new movies on screen for like 45 days instead of just 17 days which sounds kinda sweet for cinemas but also a lil weird cuz isn't that just gonna make the streaming part even more tempting for people? 🤑 i guess it's a good sign though that ted sarandos is trying to address all these concerns and not wanna mess with the whole cinema thing too much 🎥
