Ugh I'm so annoyed about the new public transport app they just launched 🚂😡. Like who thought it was a good idea to add so many extra features and make it super buggy? It's been like 3 days and I've already had to deal with like 5 different issues. And don't even get me started on the customer support 🤦‍♀️. They just keep telling you to check the app manual or wait for a response from their email team... like that's gonna happen, right? 🙄.
