More ground delays for Bush and Hobby airports as government shutdown stretches on, FAA says

I'm getting anxious about this airport situation 🤦‍♂️. I mean, can you imagine having to wait around for hours at George Bush Intercontinental or Hobby Airport just 'cause some folks can't afford childcare? It's not just about personal responsibility, it's about how the government is affecting people's lives. And now that holiday travel is coming up, this is gonna be a nightmare 🚨. I get why lawmakers want to push for a "clean continued resolution" - at least that way, we know what we're getting, no policy changes. But airlines are already stressed out, and this just adds more fuel to the fire 🔥. Can't we just get some stability around here?

Ugh, can't believe we're still dealing with this airport drama 🚫🛬. Ground delays are one thing, but what really gets me is that it's all because of staffing shortages... caused by low wages 😒. I mean, who wouldn't want to take care of their kids and pay some bills? Airlines keep saying they need more staff, but it feels like nobody's doing anything about it 🤦‍♂️.

And don't even get me started on the holidays... the last thing we need is more stress with air travel. Can't lawmakers just agree to fund things without making a mess of it? It's all so frustrating 😩. The fact that airlines are backing this "clean continued resolution" proposal just makes me wanna scream 🎤! We deserve better than just kicking the can down the road... or should I say, down the runway? ✈️
