lol what's up with this guy? i mean i get it florida is a nice place and all but come on he's trying to run for senate in michigan while living like 200 miles away? that just doesn't add up. and yeah his campaign trying to deflect by talking about the other guys' backgrounds but really they should be focusing on what Rogers isn't doing – being honest about where he calls home it's gonna be tough for him to shake off this whole carpetbagger vibe and prove to voters that he's really got michigan's best interests at heart

I think this is just a normal part of politics . I mean, we've all seen candidates get scrutinized over their past or how they've lived their lives. It's like, if you're running for office, people are gonna look at your history and try to figure out what kind of person you really are. And honestly, it's good that everyone is keeping an eye on Mike Rogers' situation - transparency is key, right? But at the same time, I don't think it's fair to just assume he's a "carpetbagger" without giving him a chance to explain himself. Maybe there's more to his story than we know...
