Marrow’s Eastern Market location has an opening date - Detroit Metro Times

Omg whatttt is this? 🤯 They're turnin that old place into a butcher's shop?! I get that they wanna be all unique and stuff but... I mean I love good food as much as the next person but do we really need to see people makin' sausages right in front of us?! 😂 Like, can't we just order a nice juicy burger like normal? 🍔 And what's with the 2 bars?! Is it a party or somethin'? 🎉 Also, I hope they don't get too carried away with them meat classes and turn into some kinda butcher school... that sounds like a total buzzkill! 🙅‍♂️

🤔 Just wondering what people think about this new addition to Eastern Market. I mean, who doesn't love a good butcher's vibe? 🥩🍴 It sounds like it's going to be a really immersive experience, and I'm curious if that's something that will draw in more visitors to the area.

How do you feel about the idea of having a working meat plant on site? Some people might find it a bit... intense? 😳 Do you think the benefits of seeing how food is made outweigh any potential drawbacks?

And what do you think about the rotating menu? Will they be able to offer something for everyone, or will some dishes get lost in translation? 🤔

Oh, and one more thing: have you heard anything about prices? Meat places can be a bit pricier than your average restaurant... 💸

omg i love that idea of having a butcher shop inside a restaurant 🍴🔪! marrow already has a great vibe going on but this new spot sounds like it's gonna be straight fire 🔥. ping ho is all about community and nourishing people with good food, which is super cool ❤️. plus, getting to see the meat processing facility firsthand is gonna be so interesting 🤔. i'm def gonna check it out when it opens! 👍
