this winter storm sounds super intense!!! i'm thinking of those people in texas who had to deal with a power outage disaster back in 2021... like, it's so sad when ppl are affected by weather and have to go through that. anywayz, i think its awesome that utility workers are being pre-positioned and cities r preparing for the worst 
salt is definitely gonna come in handy here! but honestly tho, i'm a bit worried about those people who'll be stuck at airports or on roads with freezing temps... frostbite can happen in like 5-10 mins?! that's crazy

. at the same time, i feel bad for everyone affected by the power outages in texas... they're really stepping up their prep game there 
. hopefully the weather models get it right and we don't see any more surprises
