Lego's First 'Star Trek' Set Should Be a Sign of Great Things to Come

I'm getting old, remember when we first got that Star Trek set with the Enterprise NCC-1701? 😊 That thing was massive! Now, they're coming out with an even bigger one... 1043 pieces? That's crazy talk! I guess it's still a must-have for those die-hard fans like me. But $400? Blimey, that's steep. I remember when my brother had a Lego collection and he just spent hours building those intricate spaceships. Nowadays, it seems like everyone's got a million dollars to waste on fancy sets 😂. Still, the details on this one look amazing – who knew you could fit so much in? The Easter eggs are pretty cool too, reminds me of when we used to try and find all the hidden jokes in Star Trek: The Next Generation episodes 🤣

I gotta say, 400 bucks is kinda steep for a Lego set 🤑. I mean, I love Star Trek as much as the next guy, but that's just crazy. I've seen some of these big sets go up to 1000 pieces and they're like $200-$300 max. This one's got over 1k pieces and it's like $400? That's a lot to ask for some folks. On the other hand, if you're a hardcore fan or a seasoned builder, I guess it's worth it 💯. But for others, maybe wait for Lego to release more sets in this line at a lower price point, you feel me? 👍

I'm so curious about this new Star Trek set 🤔. 1043 pieces is like, a lot! I mean, I love building with Legos as much as the next person, but that's just crazy! 😲 Do you think it's worth the $400 price tag though? I feel like that's pretty steep, even for a super cool Star Trek set. 🚀 But at the same time, it does come with 9 minifigures and a really detailed replica of the Enterprise-D, so I guess it's not bad! 🤝 What do you guys think? Should we splurge on this one or wait for something else to come out? 💸
