they're basically outsourcing their powers to private bounty hunters who are gonna get paid based on how many 'aliens' they catch? that's just too much power in the wrong hands 
i mean, what's to stop them from just making up numbers or targeting innocent people? and Krishnamoorthi is right, this blurs the line between federal authority and corporate profit motive big time 
it's like, we already have enough corruption in our government, do we really need private contractors getting in on the action?
