Landlords’ go-to tool to set rent prices to be gutted under RealPage settlement

this is a big win for anyone who's been struggling with super high rent prices 🤯 think about all those landlords just making up numbers on their software because they knew no one else was getting that info... now realpage has to start playing by the rules 📊 and honestly, it's long overdue. also, this is a major blow to realpage's business model - i wonder how that'll affect the rest of the industry 💸

this is a big deal for renters 🙌 they've had to deal with landlords screwing them over left and right and now something's being done about it 💪 realpage's software was basically making prices skyrocket just because they could, not because of market demand. it's crazy that it took a lawsuit for the DOJ to step in. anyhoo, this settlement is all good 🤝

can't believe this... realpage just got taken down a peg 🤦‍♂️ their software was like a price-fixing machine, driving up rents for everyone 🚨 and now they gotta change everything? 👀 it's about time someone held them accountable 💪 but what's gonna happen to all those people who rely on this software? landlords are already struggling to compete without this info advantage 😬 gotta see how this plays out

lol can u believe realpage just got roasted 🤣 they were basically exploiting landlords with their software to jack up rent prices. i mean, its not like they were doing anything shady or anything, but still... the DOJ is like "nope, you cant get away with this" and now realpage has to change its game 🔄. I think its cool that low-income residents are finally getting some relief 💸. its about time someone took down those greedy landlords 😒. I wonder what other companies are gonna be affected by this settlement 🤔
