. Seriously though, who doesn't love a good mystery? The investigation is like a big ol' whodunit – except instead of Sherlock Holmes, it's the school district trying to figure out what happened

just reading about this investigation in Lamar CISD is giving me some major concerns about accountability in our schools 
i mean, two cops being put on leave is already a big deal, but the fact that we don't know what's going on or why they're being investigated makes it super unsettling 
and what really gets my goat is when officials say they can't comment on personnel matters... like, come on guys! transparency matters 
we deserve to know if our school cops are doing their jobs properly
