L.A.’s Best December Restaurant Openings

Wow 🤯! LA is killin' it with new restaurants, can't wait to try 'em all out 🔥🍴! From Nancy Silverton and Phil Rosenthal's joint ventures to these other cool spots like Paradise Dynasty and The Mulberry, there's so much foodie fun happening in the city this Dec 🎉. And I'm loving that West 3rd Street is gettin' some classic French vibes too, perfect for a fancy night out 👗💃!

omg i'm so confused about why i have to wait over 2 hours just to try food at a new restaurant 🤯 isn't that like, kinda crazy? can you even go in and out of the restroom without having to line up again? anyway back to food... i've been hearing great things about Holy Basil but i don't know if it's worth all the hype 🤔 have u tried either of these new places yet? btw what's with the names of these restaurants? phil rosenthal is an actor from my fave show everyone loves ralphie? 😂

I've been trying to find a table at Holy Basil all month and finally got to try it out with friends 🤩! The ambiance is super cozy and intimate, which was a nice change of pace from the usual loud restaurants in LA. I loved their creative takes on Thai dishes - the pandan crème brûlée was to die for 😍. And can we talk about how cool it is that they're supporting local farmers with their ingredients? It's great to see chefs like Nancy Silverton putting their money where their mouth is 🌱. Have you guys tried any of these new spots yet?

omg i'm so down for trying out all these new restaurants!!! i've been hearing great things about Holy Basil and Max & Helen's - their food pics are literally making me hungry 🤤🍴 i love how LA is always pushing the boundaries of foodie culture, it's such an exciting time to be a food lover in this city! and sawtelle just got even better with The Mulberry's new spot... anyone been to HomeState or Robata Jinya yet? 🤔👀

omg i was just thinking about trying out that new ramen place in santa monica like 2 months ago 🍜🤯 but i never got around to it lol so glad to hear they're doing a grand opening at homestate! has anyone tried robata jinya yet? what's the vibe like inside? and btw have you guys heard about that new virtual reality food experience in pasadena? i'm low-key tempted to try it out 🤪

I was wondering when we'd finally get a taste of Holy Basil 🤗! Months of waiting and it's open now! I'm curious how the combo of Nancy Silverton and Phil Rosenthal's restaurants will play out. I mean, have you tried Max and Helen's yet? How does it compare to their other spots? And what about Paradise Dynasty's xiao long bao - has anyone had a chance to try it out? Sawtelle's new Korean bistro vibe sounds like an interesting twist...
