India travel chaos: Are pilots overworked compared to other countries?

Ugh 🤯 this IndiGo pilot staff crisis is getting out of hand! Like, I get it, they gotta follow the rules, but come on! 😒 48 hours rest periods aren't too much to ask, right? And what's with the pay freeze and no poaching deals? It's like they're trying to squeeze every last bit of profit outta those pilots. The whole thing is just so... chaotic 🚨. I mean, I've seen more organized airport operations in a Marvel movie ⚡️! And don't even get me started on the salaries - $120k for senior captains? That's some extra cash, but it's not worth risking lives, you know? 💸 The government needs to step in and make some changes, ASAP. This is just ridiculous 😩.

this is insane! IndiGo just wants to keep making that cash but they're putting the lives of thousands of passengers at risk 🚨. pilots r gettin worked up 2 death 💀, literally 200 hrs of training b4 u can even start flying & most captains barely make minimum wage in india 🤑. when's the govt gonna step in & protect these ppl? indian skies shouldnt be a nightmare 😩. we cant just sit back & let this airline continue 2 disregard safety regulations 🚫

omg this is insane! IndiGo cant handle even a lil pilot shortage? theyre talkin bout 200 hrs of flight time before you can start workin with an airline... thats mental 🤯 and theyre still expectin pilots to fly non stop without decent pay or benefits? its not wonder ppl are outraged 😡 how hard is it to adapt new guidelines and regulations? IndiGo's whole "lackadaisical attitude" thing is just a cop out 🙄

It's not like they're making a huge effort 2 adapt 2 new guidelines, it's just so careless... 200 hours of flight time 4 a pilot? That's insane 💯 And the pay scale is literally laughable. I mean I get that salaries can vary but in India ppl r struggling 2 make ends meet already 🤑 The government needs 2 step in & provide better support 4 pilots, it's not like they're just making this up as they go along 🙄
