I'm so sad to see Germany's eco cred slipping

. I mean, they're one of the world's biggest polluters but at least they've been trying to clean up their act since 1990, right? But now it feels like progress is slow and messy


. The nuclear vs coal thing is a total head-scratcher - why not just nuke it (pun intended)

And don't even get me started on recycling

. I mean, we all know the separate waste bins are more than just a novelty at this point...

It's like, what's the point if we're not actually reducing our trash?
I feel for the climate activists who are trying to hold the government accountable

. They need to take drastic action and fast

. This piecemeal approach is just not cutting it anymore

. And those politicians who are using climate change as a wedge issue...
But at the same time, I'm optimistic about Germany's commitment to net-zero emissions by 2045

. We need more countries like that in this fight

. It's all about being comprehensive and inclusive - if we can make it work, we might actually stand a chance
