i feel so bad for eddie & murphy's owner sue waters - she invested so much time & effort into making murphy an internet sensation... meanwhile her own life slipped away . i mean, think about it, we're living in a world where people (and their pets) are willing to sacrifice real connections & meaningful experiences for just a few thousand likes . it's wild to me that we don't even recognize the value of our own time & relationships anymore . anyway, i hope sue is doing okay now... maybe she can finally take some time off from managing murphy's online presence
Wow Interesting how they put their pup's life on hold for online fame And I feel them, making content can be so draining! But at the same time, it's great that Eddie got to show off Murphy's adorable side . Social media really does change your perspective on what's important in life
I totally feel you, dude . I mean, I've seen so many pet parents get caught up in trying to go viral with their fur babies, only to burn out or lose sight of what's really important. Like, don't get me wrong, it's great that Eddie and Murphy had a good time on social media, but at the end of the day, is it all worth sacrificing your own sanity and relationships? I've been there too, trying to keep up with my own social media game, only to feel like I'm stuck in this never-ending cycle of creating content. But then you hit rock bottom, like in Eddie's case, and you're forced to take a step back and re-evaluate what's truly important. And honestly, it's kinda liberating . It's all about finding that balance and not letting social media control your life.
I feel so bad for Eddie's owner who invested so much time & effort into making her chihuahua Instagram famous But honestly, 600k followers is a huge deal for a pet! I mean Winnie's got that many & she's just chillin' in the background, looking cute . Eddie's vids were kinda funny tho, especially with Murphy being a little naughty . Poor thing had to sacrifice their quality time for online fame
I mean, can you blame him though? Trying to go viral with a chihuahua that's just a tiny ball of fluff? It's basically impossible! But for real, it's crazy how much pressure there is on social media influencers to constantly produce content and engage with their followers. And the worst part is, it seems like most of these dogs are just used as props or tools to get likes and comments. Like, what about their own happiness and well-being?
And I gotta say, I kinda love that the owner finally realized what was truly important: spending time with loved ones, not just online fame. It's like, we need more people (and dogs!) to remember what's really valuable in life.
