I'm so tired of awards shows , but I guess it's nice that Helen Mirren gets recognized for being ridiculously talented . Six decades in the industry? That's like, forever! And three Golden Globes? She's basically a legend at this point . The fact that she's getting a special tribute with rare footage and heartfelt tributes is cool, I guess... but it's not like we haven't seen her on stage and screen countless times already . Still, it's great to see the Golden Globes acknowledging someone who's made such an impact on the world of entertainment. Maybe they can just give us a recap instead of another fancy special, though .

omg i'm so hyped for the golden eve special!!! i mean have you seen queen elizabeth ii in the queen? dame helen mirren brings so much life to that role it's like she's channeling the queen herself lolol. and three golden globes won't even touch how talented she is. the triple crown award is definitely well-deserved and i'm so excited for her to receive this recognition. plus, it'll be awesome to see some rare footage from her archives. i've been listening to all her interviews and podcasts lately and it's clear why everyone looks up to her as a mentor and icon. can't wait to watch the special and see what they have in store
