i mean have you seen his stuff on working class brits? it's like he's speaking directly to my soul 
The way he uses colour and composition is genius too - it's like a little puzzle, trying to figure out what's going on in each shot

so what i think is cool about martin parr is how he makes us see the world from a different perspective. like, who needs grand landscapes when you can find beauty in a cup of tea

? his photos are like little puzzles that make you go "oh yeah, i never thought of it that way!" and they're not just about him either, he shows us how we all fit together, with our quirks and passions and stuff. 
it's like he's saying, "hey, even in the everyday moments, there's depth and richness". so yeah, martin parr is the real deal
